[Resolved]  Samsung Cdma Sch S379 — bad handset

SAMSUNG / CDMA MOBILE PHONE — VERY POOR PERFORMANCE OF HANDSET AND VERY POOR SERVICE PROVIDERS

The new Samsung Explore CDMA Handset "SCH S259" provided with TATA CDMA MOBILE CONNECTION is pathetic, it needs regular repairs, I had purchased that handset five months ago, and stops working after 1 month of purchase, it had been repaired by Company's authorized service center and they replace the whole circuit board and it is still lying with the service center for 10 days and getting no response till now..

Please provide me the replaced handset so i wont face the problems in the near future.

I have a Samsung Explore CDMA mobile- model SCH S259. While i trying to connect that mobile to my PC through USB Data Card, it will not connect. While asking service personnel they instructed to reste the phone settings. I lost all important messages stored in the mobile & Contact numbers were automaticaly erased. Is it any possible to recover it from the mobile's internel memory? Pl tell me the solution.

hand set mujhe to bahut acha laga iski sound quality bahut achi hai aur isme 3.5mm audio jack hai jo ki bahut acha hai

sab kuch aacha hai lakine isme koi bahar se software nahi dala ja sakta hai maine bhi ise 1month before liya tha lakine same problem iske motherboad me problem aa gaya aur mera sara conntct gayab hi gaya so ise sarvice center walo na 12days liya tha phir se dene me ..

as i was in search of a new cdma handset and i got the addvertilsement of the same moddle, but after reading the experences of the user... I will not bye this...

Do not expect a Toyota Performance when u are hardly ready to spend for a Tata Indica.
I think this is the best feature packed phone in mid-range segment.Especially i[censored] consider the scarcity of good phones in CDMA.At 5.5k what more you can expect than a mp3, average camera and FM?
Signal reception is good and browser is also fast.You cant have special featured phones below 10k.

This is a BLODDY FONE!!!

Bought it two weeks back.. n guess wht!! It is getting switched off on its own... my inbox has more than 250 msgs.. out of which i am able to read only 5-6 msgs.. rest kaise milenge.. PATA NHI.. ALL MY INPORTANT information n personal msgs.. GONE!!! Hell with this fone!!! Isse ghatiya n unreliable fone maine aaj taj nhi dekha... isse accha toh mera 1600 ka LG wala fone hi tha... ATLEAST it ws reliable.. i changed it only for the sake of luks... but nw m regretting for the same...
DONT BUY IT!!! MIND IT.. DONT BUY IT!!! IT MAY DITCH YOU ANY MOMENT...

Hey I have recently purchased SAMSUNG M POWER MUZIK CDMA SCH-S379. The problem is that I can't open any file of picture taken by bluetooth from any other phone. It simply doesn't open. Even the file of 152KB doesn't open. Can anyone help me about this.

koi game ya software support nahi karta hai.
jyada speed se kam karo to switch off ho jata hai.
nokia 6275i best phone hai. samsung sch s 379 bahut kharab phone hai.

Is phone main bas 2 kami hain. ek to isme software or game pc se trance far nahi kar sakte aur doosra sabse badi kami yeh hai ki phone bas 100 mp3 ko hi support karta hai.Phir bhi yeh phone bahut bura nahi hai.

are yaar isme konsi game download hoti hai wo to pata hi nahi chalta hai.

aur sms tone bhi default hi rakhani padti hai.

its totaly truly 500 bad handset are iss handset ko maine samsung ka brand name daikhj ke purchase kiya tha ki chalo koi to achhi company ka handset hai lekin iss handset ko lene ke baad pata chala ke mene nuksan mai liya hai yaar iss handset ki accual cost nikale to to sirf 3000/- hi banti hai yaar maine ise 17 june ko purchase kiya tha uske baad 17 july ko problem ye aa gayi ke iska motherboard kharab ho gaya jo mere pass 5 augest ko aaya phirr uske baad kal yani 23 octember ko phirr se wahi problem aa gayi jabki mene to isse sirf call kar raha tha ke phone band ho gaya or phir se motherboard ki problem aa gayi jo pehle bhi aayi thi to bolo iss handset ko lene ka kya matlab isse to acche china ke handset chalte hai mai to is handset ko lene ke liye kisi ko bhi sugess nahi karunga kya matlab iss bekar se handset ko lene se or to or issme computer se koi bhi software or game support nahi karta hai jabki microamax or carbon mobile ko lene mai support karta hai or wo isse kam rate ke hai to please koi bhi matt lena. waise bhi mai iss handset ko service centre se aane ke baad saleout kar dunga bhale wo mujhe nuksaan mai kyo na sale karna pade or kisi ko jyada details pata karni ho iss handset ke baare mai to mujhse contect karke kar sakta hai.

1. I cannot get an pcsuit updates from website they have given
2. Soflware problem is that it will store duplicate name and numbers also
3. Its having problem of connection to pc
4. Gets restarts when call is come to you & you make call to someone
5. call countdown starts when bell is ringing ( while making calls)
6. sms is there in outbox even it is received at receiver
7. only three good thing a. sound quality
b. bluetooth connectivity (faster than others)
c. can be use to CDMA connection

main bhi samsung ka sch-s379 phone le kar pachhta raha hun. agar co. wale padte han to meri madad kare. isme bahar se koi file(game and other ) lod nahi kar sakte aur bahut si bate change ya modifi nahi kar sakte.
