sahi kahu to bilkul hi bekar handset hai

mene ise 17 june ko purchase kiya tha or isme mobile net se koi file download nahi hoti or sms mai ringtone set nahi kar sakte jo default hai wo hi hai


or iss handset ko mene sirf 1 mahina use kiya or iska software chala gaya

or sath mai mother board mai bhi problem ho gayi


or service center walo ne use jaipur bhej diya 10 din ke liye

Pros:
I bought this phone 8 months ago. I never faced problem with regular use like voice, sms, mp3, fm, etc. WAP browser is also fast.
Cons:
However, I observed certain difficulties in using the WAP browser. I could never paste a copied text in the browser. Also PC connectivity is too bad. The software sometimess works and sometimes not. When it hangs, we neet to either restart the application or switch off/on the phone. When PC is connected to net thru the phone then the network is dropped very frequently (like once in every 2/3 seconds). Media Player is supported only for 100 MP3 files. Rest of the files we need to open manually from the respective folders.

ye phone bhot ghatiya hai..ise maine dec me kharida..aur ye jan me kharab ho gya..fir maine ise thik karwaya.par ye feb me fir kharab ho gya.ye phone abi tak 5 bar khrab ho chuka hai 5 mahine me..software to pehle mahine se hi khrab tha..ab mother board b khrab ho gya...is phone ko plz mat khridna...
sl no of my pho is A00000IDE9UF3 I PURCHASED THIS SET ON 28 JAN2010, from ganpati mobile store, sri ram tower, LUCKNOW after 3 months automaticaly its stop working, I HAD GONE TO authorsied samsung SERVICE CENTRE LOCATED IN MY CITY(basant refrigeration, sahabganj faizabad)they solved my problem by replacing the mother board of that set ok fine,
but yesterday it happens again my handset again stops working and this time the problem is the same, today again i reached to service center here they said we change motherboard
but i dont know why its happens my handset is in gurantee so they replaced it free of cost but when the gurantee ends i cant be afford to replace it in every 2 to 3 months.
I DONOT WANT TO KEEP THIS HANDSET REPLACE IT FULLY WITH ANOTHER MODEL OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK .my no is [protected], karan
abhi 3 mahine tak to bahaut hi achha chala ...par abhi recently main messages del. kar raha tha to apne aap band ho gaya aur iska motherboard kharab ho gaya ...isse achha to mera spice wala tha 3000 ka kam se kam chalta to tha...bakwaas hai ...mat lena koi ise..

Samsung SCH- S379 — Cell hang and message problem

I bought the SAMSUNG Mobile Handset SCH-S379 on[protected]...It has not been a year and the cell got hanged twice...Once in Feb.2010, second time in August 2010... I got it repaired from the Service Centre but got it back after one and a half month in Feb and within two weeks in August... Mother-Board was replaced both the time as per their statement but I am unaware if they have actually replaced it or not....I am not satisfied with the quality...One more problem- in a month, more frequently, the message receiving facility in my cell stops...I don’t get messages from others though in their cell the message has been delivered to me, but I don’ t get any messages...I had to lodge the complaint many times at the Customer Care to get it function properly....Sometimes, I get message from every number leaving 1or 2 number, why?
The Customer Care has denied to lodge complaint in this case...They check and find everything fine but my problem does not get solved, why? The problem in receiving the messages gets solved itself but arises soon. What to do for it now? I don’t expect such repetitive problems with reputed service provider like Samsung…If this cannot be satisfied then kindly replace my handset as soon as possible since the warranty period is about to end..
Hope,I will be satisfied soon.

mene ye handset august 2010 me purchase kiya tha, starting se hi isme hang hone wali problem thi.mene samsung centre pe bola to unhone kaha ki memory full hai. mene wo bhi khali kar di fir bhi hang hota raha.ab ye hand set band hogya hai date march 2, 2011 ko.samsung engg.ne btaya ki iske software me or motherboard me problem hai to jaipur jayega, aaj 10 din hogye hai par set abhi tak nhi aay hai.
itni achhi company ka ye hal hai, issse achha to me koi china set le leta
