I purchased a Samsung Color TV from Taori Marketing, Dhantoli Nagpur on[protected]. Soon after I brought it home, I found there were prominent problems with the display of TV. As the TV set was under warranty period, I made the retailer aware of it as soon as I came to know of it and he suggested me to contact Samsung Customer Care. I have called the Samsung Customer Care Authorities, a dozen times since then.But they have not taken any measures except assuring me that they will soon be sending an Engineer to rectify the problem (which ofcourse, they never did). I fail to understand such lack of responsible behavior on part of an esteemed brand like Samsung. Hence its a sincere request to take necessary measures against SAMSUNG as soon as possible so as to give some worth to the money I invested with them. Please find my contact details as given below:
