bad handset

sahi kahu to bilkul hi bekar handset hai

mene ise 17 june ko purchase kiya tha or isme mobile net se koi file download nahi hoti or sms mai ringtone set nahi kar sakte jo default hai wo hi hai


or iss handset ko mene sirf 1 mahina use kiya or iska software chala gaya

or sath mai mother board mai bhi problem ho gayi


or service center walo ne use jaipur bhej diya...

i had purchased samsung cdma sch-m569 a few months back but its call gets disconnected very frequently, i thought may be because of network but when i changed set the problem did not existed .i had given 2 times to repair this set at their service centre but problem still continues, i feel harresed by them,
kindly do needful.

sahi hai samsung sch m 569 is very very very very bad bad very bad cell hai mai khud ye phone lekar pareshan hun. jindgi me kabhi bhi samsung ka koi bhi samaan nahi lunga or na hi kisi ko recomend karunga sabse ghatiya saman samsung compny ka hota hai, phone me call record ka option hai magar kaam nahi karta hai call lagne me bhaut time lagta hai kabhi bhi bandh hojata hai meri mano to koi bhi samsung ka saman lene se pahle 100 nahi 1000 nahi 1lac nahi 10lac nahi 1mln time sockar lena sabse bekar sabse ghtiya saman hai samsung ka...very bad very bad.
We have recently purchased four Samsung M569 for corporate usage and found the following draw backs as mentioned here: 1) Take more time/2-3 repeat dial for a particular call very oftenly. 2) Maximum our caller complains about "Not reacheble" our no. when they called us. 3) Operating software is not "user friendly" like other providers. 4) The hand set does not support "call recording" but customer care peoples are assures about the same.

Very mush unsatisfied with the handset, we will never buy samsung handset in future.

    i had purchased a mobile phone(model-pixon M8800) worth rupees 230000 from your company on 10th march 2009. within 2 months of its usage, the phone completely stopped working. The touch screen as well as a buttons and the battery became dead. i have already registered 4 complaints for the same.i also tried calling the manager of your delhi head office but my call was not received by him.i m really upset by your service.after buying something from a reputed company like samsung, i had never expected this kind of follow up. i request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action.

      I purchased a Samsung CDMA mobile phone whose model number is SCH-B259 . I have Tata Indicom connection. My handset gets heated after 15 minutes talk. Also the display is flickering recently. I purchased this handset on 24th June 2009. Almost 1 month from purchase it is giving problem. It costed me Rs.1, 725/-.

      I purchased a Samsung CDMA mobile phone whose model number is SCH-B259 . I have Tata Indicom connection. My handset gets heated after 15 minutes talk. I purchased this handset on 23th jully 2009. Almost 4 days from purchase it is giving problem. It costed me Rs.1, 300/-

      dont buy super hero of samsung.poor quality and problems.raaga is better.
      Same problem happens too in my phone Samsung CDMA mobile phone whose model number is SCH-B259 postpaid one, Requires charger if one talks for 30 mins or so even if the battery is fully charged. The quality of the phone is very poor, as compared to the price. Nokia Phones are better than Samsung.
      I purchased samsung super hero sch-b259 in Nov 2009. But i can not connect with my pc, cause of driver issue. pls give me some link of driver.

        Hi,
        Samsung mobile centres in India have a very bad service. I live in Noida and give my E-840 mobile for servicing in GNH centre.
        But they dont pick up phone. If I go there, they tell me You can takr your mobile after 2 days.
        Please look into this matter in India and City Noida GNH Centre.
        I will definitely not suggest any of my friend to buy samsung mobile.
        You have very poor service.

        ek to samsung mobile lene se badi gadhe panti ki baat koi aur hogi nahi...
        n agar le b liya aur service center pe daal b diya to wapas tab tak milegi aapki cheez jab tak aapk mobile ki warranty khatam nahi nahi ho jati ya phir aapk sar k baal uud nahi jate...
        aur wo b sure nahi hai ki mil hi jayegi aapki cheez apko wapas...

        mere to khoon hi pi liya hai samsung ne...

          I purchased one Samsung refrigerator on 14th Oct 2008 after one week I found it sounds much and some burning smell is coming and also I notice some damage at the bottom of the fridge, so I gave a complain to the showroom, they sends a person and investigate the fridge and told me we will replace it next week but no one turn up till today after my several reminder at shopkeeper
          The model I purchased is 250L (250zpvs) from Sagar Electornics, Sakchi, Jamshedpur INDIA

            I bought Samsung split AC on May 22nd. On the fourth day of its purchase, i came across a problem that the chilling is not working well. Now Alpha agencies are saying that it is a Gas leak and they want to do some welding and soldering. I am just not happy with the way I am being treated and I want the Samsung company ppl to get in touch with me.I bought this set from Balasubramanian Enterprises, Nanganallur.

              Dear Sir,

              I have bought a Samsung Mobile B-520 on 12th May 2009 from The Mobile Store, Apex Mall, Tonk Road, Jaipur. On the very third day the mobile stopped working and when the same has bring to the samsung service center they replaced battery and installed some software.

              Again from 13th July the mobile stopped working and when we sent it to samsung service center they told that its internal circuits has been burned and now they will not repair it under warrenty.

              Kindly guide to whom i have to contact in this case to get either my mobile repaired or get replacment mobile.

                I have brought a Samsung Microwave Owen last year within 14 months the powder coating inside the microwave is peeling off. The microwave has been used for just re-heating purpose and very sparingly used. It it really sad that a company like Samsung makes such poor quality products

                The Customer care people are very rude and are demanding 250 Rs per visit to just look at the problem.

                  I purchased a Samsung Color TV from Taori Marketing, Dhantoli Nagpur on[protected]. Soon after I brought it home, I found there were prominent problems with the display of TV. As the TV set was under warranty period, I made the retailer aware of it as soon as I came to know of it and he suggested me to contact Samsung Customer Care. I have called the Samsung Customer Care Authorities, a dozen times since then.But they have not taken any measures except assuring me that they will soon be sending an Engineer to rectify the problem (which ofcourse, they never did). I fail to understand such lack of responsible behavior on part of an esteemed brand like Samsung. Hence its a sincere request to take necessary measures against SAMSUNG as soon as possible so as to give some worth to the money I invested with them. Please find my contact details as given below:

                    I purchased a mobile phone model no M610 bearing EMI no 355811/01/313533/1 vide invoice no 243 dated 08/05/08 from M/s Adarsh Watch Co., Gwalior. I having trouble with the phone that Airtel Sim in not working and other sim are working. I had given my mobile for repairing to Samsung Service Centre, CR - 11 Hotel Navratan Gwalior (MP) on 15/01/2009. Afte that they said to take refund but no response is given.

                      I purchased the Microwave Model No C106FL in 2006 . This is the first omplain for this product. The display shows " SE " . This does not move. Tried to Switch of completly & tried after some time but the display shows SE . No buttons are functioning . Kindly assist as early as possible .

                        Pathetic Customer Care and After Sales Service of Samsung Refrigerator

                        Samsung Refrigerator, SR-29 EMB was purchased on 02.06.2003.

                        On 15.07.2006 Defroster Timer and BI MRTal were replaced and was charged Rs.1023/- by Samsung.
                        Again the Frig became dysfunctional. The Motor unit was replaced on 05.05.2009 and was Charged Rs.680/-
                        Within a couple of days the Frig became dysfunctional. After several calls the Service Engineer of Samsung said that the Compressor is out of order and is to be replaced. This was done on 15.05.2009. I had to cough up Rs.4374/-
                        Hardly a month elapsed and again the cooling system failed. After a scores of Calls to the Customer Care the Service Engineer came on 03.07.2009 and found that the gas is leaking, due to improper welding by the previous Service Engineer who repalced the Compressor. He promised that he will come on 05.05.2009, Monday, positively and repair the Frig.
                        So far no one has come.
                        My repeated Calls to the Customer Care viz., S/Shri Arun, Vinod, Johnson and Jaffer from 05.05.2009 did not have any response nor any tangible action was taken.
                        Over the phone, to the Customer Care, one can hear repetitions like a parrot "Your call is very important, it is monitored for quality purpose" !!!
                        It is a strange coincidence that the Motor and the Compressor became dysfunctional after just five years and odd months, immediately after the Warranty period !! Even the replacement of the Compressor was not done properly and the Frig became dysfunctional.
                        It boils down to the fact that the manufacture and qualityof the Frig is so calibrated that it becomes dysfunctional immediately after the Warranty Period!!!.
                        Hats off to such amazing precision and quality !!!

                        Experience and the facts prove beyond any shadow of doubt, that there is neither Quality in the manufacture of the Frig nor After Sales Service.

                        The gullible and hapless Customer has to bear the brunt of indifference and passive attitude of the Customar Care and also financial loss and suffer mental agony.
                        GOD SAVE THE CUSTOMERS FROM SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.

                        well said rasiklal dave.we own a godrej fridge twenty five years old. the local fridge repair guy says that it has worked more than we have paid for it. we have serviced it only once.though the freezer door is broken it is still functioning so well. but the samsung fridge which is just six years old has been repaired atleast six times in the past two years. be indian buy indian.hope the company executives pay attention to this.their product purchase is criminal waste of money
                        Samsung refrigerator -after sale service horrible & pathetic.

                        We bought Samsung Fridge two years before based on brand name and company's reliability. I was not told there would not be any free/paid service after sale. Two years, the working condition was good except the light inside the door which was not working. But 4 days before on[protected], fridge was not working. I called the customer care and explained them the issue and told them specifically to make arrangement to do general service like cleaning along with repair work. They said service person will come and attend the issue with 24 hrs and do the service. After that, I got a call from service centre and they told me to change plug point. I also changed and tried to put in 3 to 4 plug point still faced the issue. However other electronic items were working. I informed the same to service centre person, he said he will send technician on thursday morning[protected]. But no body came for service. I once again called customer service and they said will escalate to next level and treat as high priority. After that on friday evng I received a call from a lady in service centre and once again i told the same issue and asked her how many times do I need to explain to every person. Why not they arrange a service person. For that the lady was not in a position to give proper response she simply said service person will come & abruptly cut the call which was annoying me.
                        Today after noon I received a call from service person, he also asked what is the issue which was really frustrating. Since I was out of from my home I told him to come home to check the issue. When I reached home I found some person from electricity board working on main pole and transformer. Refrigerator started working again but no light. So I waited for service person, he came from ekaduthakal centre. I told him the issue and asked him to check lighting and do general service like cleaning. He said for lighting change he had no stock and to do general service he will be taking fridge to his godown/factory and will not do at home. He also said the lighting can be replaced by ourselves by buying in local shop and if they replace they would charge extra Rs. 350 as labour charge. I was really shocked since I already used Godrej fridge and they provide service at home itself and they keep up the time and till date I receive call at least 3 months once and ask about fridge working condition, any Service needed etc. But Samsung is really opposite.. Once their product sold, they will not call customer, get feedback etc which is wondering. In this 2 years I didn't get even a single call from samsung asking about product performance. More over the service person himself said more calls are coming to them but have only limited centres that too only in city side.

                        I really pity myself for not reading your reviews and choosing a wrong company product.

                        My question here is-
                        If they have very limited service centre why they are selling the product?
                        Is it really true for doing general service like cleaning wastage at the backside of fridge will take a week time since he is taking to his godown..?

                        Tried booking demonstration appointment for saturday morning between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon slot. Service centre from Koparkhairne clearly denied that they cannot send people so early for demonstration. They said they would call on the given day before coming and expect us to be at home for the entire day waiting for them.

                        Pathetic service. Doesnot expect such services from brand like SAMSUNG. Will definitely not recommend anyone for this brand.

                        We have problems with a Refrigerator. Insufficient cooling in the freezer section has almost spoiled the non-vegetarian food. I called them by telephone. The receiving officer on telephone, who took the call on 16 May 2016, telephone was prompt and courteous. She gave me a docket number and reassured me of service by 2000 hour. I called again and again. The same professional telephone answering service, but None came on 17th, or even on 18th. I live in South Kolkata. My apartment is very much accessible by a wheeled motorized vehicle.

                          the worst phone i ve ever used. Lots of problems. It restarts every now and then. I was never able to connect to PC studio. and the most irritating part is while i make a call, keypad automatically gets locked after every 2 seconds, it takes 5 seconds to put the call on mute or on loud speaker. Every time i turn on the bluetooth the phone restarts.

                          Samsung sucks big time in its applications and ringtones. I lost my cool the very first day i bought this phone and the showroom was not ready to give money back. I dad was using an other samsung phone that got screwed up within a year. I am gonna stay away from Samsung going forth

                            I HAVE SAMSUNG SGH-F480 PHONE. I HAD CHANGED THE SCREEN OF THIS PHONE IN LAST MONTH & I M AGAIN FACING THE SAME PROBLEM IN THE SCREEN. I HAD SEEN SOME WHITE SPOT IN MY TOUCH SCREEN PHONE. NOW AFTER CHANGING THE SCREEN AGAIN I SAW SOME WHITE SPOT IN THIS SCREEN. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM WITH THE SCREEN OF THIS PHONE.                               we purchased one samsung lcd 40" from chorma from last 15 days we are calling customer care no but no proper responce from them they said they will replace the same but till date nothing is happening neigher they replace nor repir the remote its was shockong as such big co not having proper service center this is total poor show from Samsung Dr Rasmi singh D33 sec 36 noida UP [protected]

                                I HAD PURCHASED SAMSUNG SGH -I450 ON 03/10/2008 FROM AURANGABAD [M.S.]. BUT AFTER 1 WEEK IT GOT HANG AND A MESSAGE WAS BEING DISPLAYED THAT "MEMORY FULL CLOSE SOME APPLICATIONS AND TRY AGAIN". THE CELL GETS NORMAL AFTER IT IS RESTARTED. THE PROBLEM CONTINUED. IT GOT HANG EVERY SECOND DAY. I SHOWED TO SERVICE CENTER. THEY FORMATTED MY MEMORY CARD BUT THE PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE. AFTER SOME DAYS THEY UPDATED THE SOFTWARE BUT WAS OF NO USE. ON 24/06/2009 THEY SWAPPED THE MOTHERBOARD BUT THE PROBLEM DINT GET SOLVED. AFTER FEW DAYS THEY AGAIN UPDATED THE SOFTWARE BUT STILL MY CELL GOT HANG EVERYDAY. I HAVE VISITED SERVICE CENTER ATLEAST 10 TIMES.
                                NOW I WANT MY CELL TO BE REPLACED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
                                HOPING POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YOU.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,



                                    This is regarding the problem of my Samsung Phone Model SGH D780. I had got it purchased in the month of January 2009 from Mobile Planet, janakpuri. It had started giving me the problem in the month of April 09. I had visited to their Wazirpur Service centre and they asked me to leave my phone for at least 20 days without giving ant standby Cell. They also informed me that there is a manufacturing defect in the charging circuit of my cell. They asked me to visit to their Nehru place service centre if want to get it repair on early basis. I had visited to their Nehru Place service centre in the month of May 09 but to my surprise they blamed me that I had tempered my cell & given me an estimate of Rs. 6528.00 ( Six Thousand five hundred and twenty eight only). I was shocked by their comments that during warranty period why a person can temper his phone.



                                    I am attaching herewith the scanned copies of Purchase Invoice and their estimate given to me. Kindly guide me what to do next to get my phone repair.

                                      Its a worst mobile i ever seen...while i use gprs its automatically restarting again and again..its never connecting with pc studio...can anyone solve this problem..

                                      thats true dude, , , the worst phone i ve ever seen too. Lots of problems. It restarts every now and then. I was never able to connect to PC studio. and the most irritating part is while i make a call, keypad automatically gets locked after every 2 seconds, it takes 5 seconds to put the call on mute or on loud speaker. Every time i turn on the bluetooth the phone restarts.
                                      Ya.. Thatz correct.. My phone will also restarts when i open certain photo cotnents and moreover to load Images in my mobile it will take around 10 mins. I am unable to connect to PC studio till now.And I agree that on every call the Keypad will lock after every 2 seconds and to unlock it, it will take more than 5 sec. Am still unable to load any additional softwares. Getting only the error msg 'File Format Not supported'. Any suggestion to retify these issues.

                                      I too faced lot of problems with this mobile. Just purchased on 25th july 09. At the showroom only i was unable to call or recieve calls thoug there was full signal. I got another piece of mobile and found same issue. They asked me to contact airtel for this issue thinking its network problem but i dont think so. sim card which worked for other mobiles is not working for this handset?????????

                                      its not true may these persons may have overloaded their mobile with unecessary datas. I am using this mobile for last two months with 4gb Memory card and gprs but never it got restarted never hanged up. my dear first learn how to use computer then try to synchronize with PC Studio. I am working fine with PC Studio. and dude the keypad does not gets locked it just shows to press the hold key so that the features get activated. it does not means key pad is locked. if keypad gets locked then how the call end button works for disconnecting the call. moreever it does not take 5 secs only 2 secs.
                                      Hi friends... first learn how to use mobile phone.. Samsung star is the best mobile i have ever seen... so dude don't blame samsung star... it's your fault i[censored] r not using it with care than it can create problems.. so be kind to mobile phones.. and use it with much care...
                                      i have purchased samsung s5233a cell phone jst 3 days ago its work nicely but i m alwys using my gmail account in my buissness i hve started gprs on my cell phone but i cant login to gmail account and there is some problem in email settings and also there is massage in my cell - "dns falied" and i hve already started internate in my cell but i cnt login to my gmail or and email accounts so please solve this problem i m really furstraited with my buissness

                                      samsung s5233a — No response from Samsung Customer care

                                      I have purchased a samsung star mobile phone on 27th Aug 2009. The set stopped working with in 1 week of purchase. I have submitted the set in samsung service centre on 7th of Sep 2009 with the work order number [protected] and serial number RWNS789662L. Now it’s been 2 months and whenever I ask for a update.. they never provide me any.

                                      The last update I got was about 3 weeks ago from the Girish (manager .. I guess) saying my mobile will be replaced and yet there is no response. Whenever I call them they ask me to come back after 1 week. They never respond to my calls properly.

                                      Can I know the next escalation contact. ?

                                      I have also contacted customer care with the reference number
                                      [protected] and they said they will get back to me soon...

                                      Does soon means one more year or years??

                                      Do I have to wait for ages ?

                                      i think you may have version 1.1.2.ICE of pc studio,
                                      please download version 1.1.2.ID3 and make a fresh install,
                                      BUT please do not install usb modem drivers,
                                      then connect the mobile and have fun !!!

                                      its totally true dat it's a worst phone . as i talk to customer care (samsung) they told dat this fon can't support third party software
                                      u can't access dictionary, games by other website like getjar or any other .
                                      i hav samsung s5233a and i hav purchased it in aug 2010.
                                      The touch screen has a problem and now I am not able to browse through the phone or even make a call. Just confused, anyone help conserning the phone
