Name -Rahul jain Mob - [protected] Email - [protected]@gmail.com Dear sir, Maine 6 month pahale samsung galaxy young gt 6312 Rs. 8500 mai liya tha lekin ab usmai charging Problem ho rahi hai problem ye hai ki kabhi to charge hone lagata hai kabhi nai hota hai samsung care Mai complaint ki to wo kah rahae hai ki easi koi problem nai ho rahi hai kyo Ki jab unake yaha charge par Lagate hai to charge hone lagata hai sir mai is set ki wajah se bahut pareshan hu please sir help me. sir mai aapka paheredar wala har show dekhta hu. Sir please sir help me.

I had purchased Samsung's Galaxy Core 4 month back. I was informed that Samsung is a reputed brand and the phones work very well. But it is very disheartining to inform you that I am not satisfied with the quality of the product. Every now and then there are charging issues with the phone. I had once got my data cable changed from the Samsung's service centre and the phone started charging since then. Now, again the same arised and when I went to the Samusng's Service Centre - Minto Park Branch, Kolkata, I was informed that some sulphur element are present in the charging section of the phone due to which there are issues regarding charging of the phone. The Samsung Service Centre employee informed me that the same requires replacement and the same shall be chargeable inspite of the cell being in warranty and gave me an estimate of Rs. 1, 800/- for fixing the phone.
