[Resolved] Samsung — Complaint against my Samsung Galaxy note-2 regarding IMEI NUMBER NULL. | |||
I had submit my samsung hand set Galaxy Note-2-N7100 on 27th September 2013 to Samsung authorised service center at VijayVergiya Enterprises, 1st floor V. M. tower Neelam, Faridabad with Bill No. [protected]. & they told me to return me on the next day(Dated- 28th September 2013). From that time to till date I am regularly follow the center through phone & physical visit but thy are not responding me well.If I counted the total commitment given by them is 6 times and all are failed.Today again they told me to wait maximum by 24 hours with a complain no[protected] . But as per their past performance I could't belive them more. Please give me the solution otherwise I go for the legal procedure as per the Indian government rule.
