[Resolved]  Samsung — Cooling Problem

I have purchased new refrigerator on 19 May 2013, same was installed on 20th May by the company technician, but refrigerator is not working properly.
Accordingly lodged complaint no. [protected] dated 22 May 2013 till date not resolved

Despite of my numerous complaint to samsung via phone or online portal. Nobody cares about resolution. Technician came and raise his hand that call samsung again and next time they will send senior technician. I am aggrieved by the attitude of the company as well as their technician.

I have purchased Samsung Airconditioner three year before, but your regional service center is not providing proper service to customer. My problem is Air Conditioner Cooling , by me again and again compainting to your service center but not solved till today my problem.

I hope to you, please solve my problem on priority basis

I HAVE PURCHASED A 315 LIEATER SAMSUNG REFRIGEATOR IN 2010. AND IT IS NOT WORKING AFTER 5 TO 6 MONTH.I HAD MADE COMPLAINT IN SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER . ENGINEER HAS VISIT MY PLACE AND IT WAS NOT REPAIRD PROPERLY AGAIN IT IS NOT WORKING AND NO COOLING.

Actually we have complaint about refrigerator was not cooling, this was registered in New Delhi on 2nd April 2013. Service man checked out and explained so many problems. Actually we had buy before 2 years. Now service man ask us cost of 3000 rupees to clear this problem. What is the reason?
