[Resolved] Samsung Crt Monitor (17 Inch) Model: 794 Mg — Problem in Samsung 794MG CRT Monitor pending more then 2 months | |
I wrote a mail to samesung on 18 Nov 2008. I have logged a call with Samsung to troubleshoot the issue of my Samsung 794mg CRT monitor. But today is 24 Jan 2009. It shows that CRT problem issue is pending for more than 2 months and 5 days. Still Samsung is not able to resolve the issue of my CRT Monitor. Every now and then I am requesting Samsung to troubleshoot the issue of CRT monitor. But every time I am getting the same type of update that our seniors will call you. But nobody called me to solve this issue. Up till now the same thing is going on. Few days back, Mr Chintamani came to my house. He saw the problem. Instead of troubleshooting this problem, he was trying to reduce the brightness of Screen. After this he said, Now line is not visible. Is this the method followed by Samsung to troubleshoot issue of any customer in warranty period? Instead of troubleshooting issue, Samsung is going to eliminate the issue by reducing the brightness. Samsung prefers such a type of non technical staff to provide Service in the warranty period. Then why Samsung is mentioning 3 Years warranty on warranty card? Please stop mentioning the warranty period. In case of my CRT Monitor, this is a Manufacturing defect. Time to time, I informed Samsung Helpline support people about wrong troubleshooting method followed by Mr. Chntamani. I requested them to arrange another person from another Service Centre to solve this problem. But the same thing was going on continuously. Now more than 2 months passed, but Samsung is not taking any action to troubleshoot this issue. Few weeks before, Samsung technician (may be from Kurla Service Centre) came to my house to troubleshoot this issue. He was not able to rectify the same. He advised me that the problem is related to CRT picture Tube. So it needs to be replaced. It is not possible for him to replace the same at home. So they will do the troubleshooting in the Service Centre. But up till now, another Samsung technician was doing cheating in front of my eyes by reducing the display brightness, then what they will do in the Service Centre where I am not able to see anything. I am working in IT department. So I will not get such a sufficient time to go to the Service Centre to see the same. For that particular time, I am not able to use my Computer. I am afraid that such a type of Technical staff will create more problems in my CRT Monitor in my absence. This is a manufacturing Defect. This is major problem which is applicable in picture tube. I requested Samsung to change faulty CRT Monitor. Still no body is doing needful from Samsung to resolve this issue. Please help me to solve this issue which is related to my CRT monitor. SAMSUNG 17 — BRIGHTNESS FAULT
Sir, I am using SAMSUNG 17"INCH CRT MONITOR (SYNC MASTER 794 MG, MAGIC GREEN). from few months back. Recently I have found that whenever i switch over to reduce the BRIGHTNESS or CONTRAST, there occurs a problem in that. There comes a symbol "( $RGB )". There is no such increment or decrement symbol of either of (Brightness or Contrast).I am using spectacles but due to intense (Brightness and Contrast )
my eye feels problem (like pain, sleepy). This in turn can result in low vision.
Lookijg over the above conditions please state the problem behind this and suggest the required solution ..
my monitor is under the 3 yrs warranty period..
for your helping hand I as a customer will be grateful to you .
