Samsung — DEFECTIVE PRODUCT NOT BEING RETURNED DESPITE MANUFACTURING DEFECT | |||
I have purchased Samsung Mobile Galaxy ACe on 14 Novemeber 12. product stopped working on 16th. i was suggested sim replacement which was done on 17th. still it didnot work on 17th we checked with the service centre. They gave contact details of two service centre in dwarka nad janakpuri with wrong contact number. i kept trying wondering they may be closed on saturday and sunday. on further inquiry call centre suggested physical visit. At 5.45 on tuesday on visti it was discovered that Cell net the service centre works only 10.30a.m to 5.00p.m on 20th the service centre didnot open till 10.50.a.m. they returned the product that it was o.k but very next day it again went out of order. Now I am told that product can not be replaced even after manufacturing defect and I will need to keep visiting for repair. Harassement has begun and it will continue.
