[Resolved] Samsung Digicam Es 25 — not working properly battery gets discharged quickly | |||
I have recently Purchased Samsung Digicam es 25 from Samsung Plaza Akola in Aug 10. since then My digicam is not giving proper performance. The Batteries in this camera gets discharged within 10 to 15 minutes and only 15 to 20 shots can make. which is not affordable to me because if we want it to use it at outdoor for any function for a day long it is not useful and i should waste my time in replacing the batteries. since then my digicam shown at service centre, centre makes no efforts to solve this problem and dealer is also not interested with it he only interested in seiing products and not service. samsung digital camera es25 — not proper working
I have purchased digital camera from samsung plaza akola maharashtra in aug 2010this camera is not properly working the AA size vatteries gets discharged within 15 to 20 minutes and hardly 15-20 shots we can make. which is not fair by means on outdoor events
this problem told to desler and service centre but no use at both places ny digicam is for period of 3 months on trial. and give me back without proper investigation by saying that there is no problem.
but the problem still remains and neither solution is made nor digicam replaced.
samsung is going only for selling the items and not give proper attention toword after sales service.
I have registered the complaints with companys call centre and made expences on cell contacts but no use of it and only asked for contact here and there.
