i have already sent an e-mail about my problem in samsung duos b5722,i m completely unsatisfied from urs products and from ur service centre,but no any action taken by urs any person of samsung cellphones,will never buy any type of samsung product and never recommended any of my relatives or frnds for any of samsung products,after this no action will be taken by u then i sall put my application in consumer court Was this information helpful? | |||

Samsung DUOS B5722 — Loss Of Mobile
Dear Sir,I had purchased a Samsung DUOS B5722 mobile handset in the month of november, previous year. On 9/02/2011 I lost my handset at Muzaffarpur Railway Station. After this I lodged a complaint at GRP, Muzaffarpur.
IMEI no. : 358576/03/637469/9*
Please try to find out the current location if possible, and if not at least block the handset. I'll be deeply obliged if you do this for me. I'm ready to present the neccesary documents and the photocopy of the FIR lodged if neccesary.

i purchased my new samsung duos b5722 cellphone on 4th dec 2010,cant opened any imagrs,wallpapers or any type or pics nd got a very disappointed experience from urs samsung service centre,pls solved my problem or replace my cellphone
