[Resolved] Samsung — very poor service provided by care center | |||
dear sir i want ur attention about very poor service provided by samsung care (arora care faridkot)....................................................i hav bought samsung corby mate gt b 3313 from faridkot on 17-5-10 and after one month some problem occured in earphones .i went 2 care cente.......the care exective told me that the earphone will replaced between 15 days as earphone was under warrenty..............and register the complaint but after that there was no response from their side.I hav visited many times 2 care center but they always lie 2 me...........and now they r not receiving my call....so i requesting u 2 please take immediate steps amog them and solve my problem......my complaint has reached a time period of about 3 months....hoping u will satisfy me...... yours sincerely pankaj sharma ([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||
