[Resolved]  Samsung Fridge 430 L — complaint regarding leakage of water inside the fridge

I sheetal golecha had purchased a samsung refrigerator of 430 L from CROMA , malad link road on 10/8/2011.Since from than there is a leakage problem of water inside the fridge. I made many complaints regarding this to the samsung company. My complain number is "[protected]". Company has send technician two times for this problem. They had opened the fridge from inside but are not able to solve the problem. this is completely a manufacturing defect. I have been calling to concerned department daily.but according to them this is not a problem for which they are not ready to give me replacement. I had also made complain on following email address "[protected]@samsung.com" and also to samsung official site. i have also launched a complain from the place i had bought the fridge. I personally went there but they are also not able to solve my problem.What is the use of "warranty card" which is given by croma electronics.now i am fed up of the mental torcher which the company is giving me.
Requesting to the consumer court to solve my problem as early as possible.
