Samsung / Galaxy S Mobile Phone — NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,
This is for your attention that I had bought a Samsung Galaxy GT-19003 on 22 nd Aug. from The Mobile Store Ltd. Galeris Complex DLF phase IV Gurgaon .Invoice No. 13881/3747791 . I was facing problem from the very begning that the phone was hanging repeteatedly and call drop. I went back to the shop and complained and they rectified the problem by downloading the applications again without guiding me to go to the service station. I kept encountering the problem .
Finally in January end I went to the service station ( Jai Sai Ram Electronic Services .Shop No. 9 Furniture Market N -Block Gurgaon) with the problem. I got my phone back around 3 rd. Feb. For a few days the phone was working but again on 9 th the same problem started . I went back to the service station and gave the phone .I got back the phone on 13 th Feb . After 3-4 days I started facing a new problem and that was that whenever I received an incoming call the screen would go black and I could not receive the call. I had to wait for the call to get disconected and then wait for some time to know about the missed call . I went back to the service station again around 17 th Feb and got back the phone on 20 th. I spoke to the Suoervisor Mr. Raju about the perststing problem. After that I called the shop in Galleria Complex for an alernative. I told them that my phone is on warranty so what do I do about it. Thay informed me that I cant get a replacement as it is on WARRANTY only. Which was really disheartining I asked the supervisor MR. Raju that how many times do I have to get my phone repaired .He told me that he will try ones more then only he can talk to his seniors. Like a goog citizen I took him on his word and took my phone on 27 th with a hope that I will never have to face any poblem again. But to my bad luck the same problem arised on 6 th March. I got very upset and went back to the servisc station. I met the senior person mr. Ashwimi Sharma and showed him the problem. I asked them th call on my phone from threir own phone in the service centre. They all saw the problem and assured me that this was the last time and they will certainly do something about it.I got my phone back but again the same problem of the screen going blank and the call drop persisted. I went back to the service station on 16 th March after speaking to Mr. Ashwini Sharma.
Now the problem is that the service center is accepting the problem. I have bought an expensive phone for my convience and half the month it is at the service centre for repairs.Ethicaly the phone should be replaced. I have undergone a lot of inconvience and mental presuure. I had spoken toi the service centre for a replcement and now they are accusing me that I want a replacement for my phone. I had never asked for the replacement for the first three visits.But when the problem persisted and the inconvience borne by me I want strict action to be taken as soon as possible.

Dear sir
I have also brought a Samsung galaxy Y mobile from ajmer.I have been facing problem regarding Network problem in this handset.Problem is that when other people call me they get the message " Phone is not reachable"despite there is full network.Same problem i am facing when call to other phones.I have one other mobile with same network's providers SIM.But when people call me on other mobile at same time call came easily, I have gone three times to the service center, each time they upgrade the mobile software but problem not solved last time they have told they cant replace the mobile but they can change the motherboard, i agreed for this and motherboard have been changed.but still i am facing the same problem.Please suggest me solution to get change my handset.
