[Resolved] Samsung Galaxy S4 — screen damaged second time in 24 hours | |||
THIS IS NOT GONNA WORK SAMSUNG. I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR NEW GALAXY S4 !! HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU THINK A PERSON SHOULD PAY FOR THE DISPLAY OF YOUR PRODUCT? I NEED AN ANSWER TO THIS !! I purchased this product 15 days back and i have the invoice for that, after 13 days the phone got dropped from the height of less than 1 feet and the screen broke, I MUST SAY THAT ITS WAS NOT THE SCREEN ONLY THE GLASS ABOVE THE SCREEN BROKE. your pathetic service guys told me that its the entire assembly that needs to be changed, i agreed and payed for the ENTIRE DISPLAY ASSEMBLY. NOW ITS NOT EVEN I DAY ACTUALLY ITS 16 HOURS AFTER I CHANGED THE DISPLAY AND WHAT I SEE IS THIS PIECE OF CRAP HAS A CRACK AGAIN !!! THIS TIME THE PHONE WAS NOT EVEN DROPPED IT WAS JUST KEPT ON MY BED AND THATS IT !! THE ENTIRE PIECE HAS NO DENT NOTHING !! DO YOU GUYS MAKE PHONE TO BE KEPT ON FEATHERS? ITS HIGH TIME NOW AND I AM NOT GONNA PAY FOR THIS AGAIN !! I AM A BLOGGER AS WELL AS I WORK FOR A BRAND !! AND ALSO I MUST SAY I HAVE FRIENDS WHO ARE TOP BLOGGERS HERE AND THIS ISSUE WILL BE ON EVERY BLOG AND EVERY SITE. THIS IS NOT AN WARNING, I MUST CLEAR THAT TO YOU. I NEED THIS ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED OTHER WISE IT WILL BE SOMETHING LEGAL !! YOU THINK YOU GUYS CAN FOOL PEOPLE ??? ALSO FOR YOUR KNOWLEDGE I MESSAGED YOU GUYS AS WELL 5 HOURS BEFORE POSTING THIS ON YOUR WALL BUT GOT NO REPLY !! DARE YOU GUYS DELETE THIS POST FORM THIS WALL, I HAVE ALL THE SCREEN SHOTS AND THE PICTURES OF THE PRODUCT AND THE ACTUAL INVOICE FOR THE PHONE AND THE FIRST TIME DAMAGED SCREEN !! (y) let me tell you one thing. I've dropped my Micromax Canvas 2 tons of times. I'm 5'11 in height and it fell from such a height and yet had no scratch or damage to screen or the camera at the back! Its solid! AMOLED screen breaks easily. Maybe it might crack the next time you tap it with your finger :P All the best!! Phone ho toh micromax hona chahiye, S4 toh train ka coach bhi hota hai :D
