Samsung Galaxy Sii — Request Duplicate Bill but they are not giving | |||
Hi, I purchased one Samsung Galaxy S2 Mobile 7 months ago from this pathetic showroom where they have only 6 months of data in their system and when I asked for my duplicate bill they told me that can't give and for the same i will have to connect their HO for which they gave me their Email Id and confirmed me that i will get response and bill within maximum 2 days. I have invoice no. with me as i took 1 year additional warranty in which they mentioned original invoice no. but still they are not giving any response. Don't u think LALA shops(small outlets) are better than these one. At least they provide any support whenever required. It has been 6 days over and didn't get any reply on the same. Good part is that i have video recording of their employee who confirmed me that their TAT is 2 day to give customer response. If i didn't get their reply, I am going to connect Consumer Court and show the 1 year additional warranty invoice and video.
