Samsung Galaxy Y — shipment undelivered | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered 1 samsung mobile phone model no: Galaxy Y RS: 7349 through you "letsbuy.com" on dt: 22/12/2011. Today we came to know that the mobile has been delivered in our office by some courier company name DELHI VERY and they have shown the receiving of some unknown person,How it is possible that the guy handover the shipment to some other person without showing his/her identity. its rediculous and unacceptable at all. Need your urgent intervention. Your eary reply will be hight appreciable.
