dear sir, i am writing you to assist me in resolving my problem ,i had brought my Samsung mobile (guru 2120)on 24 September 2010 to your service center at BAPUJI NAGAR,BHUBANESWAR .because its mother Bord was failed.but till to day they are not return my phone and said AMIR KHAN will deliver your mobile soon.... so would you please fix my problem....... Samsung Guru 2120 — Faulty Mobile
I have bought Samsung Guru 2120 at Univercell Mobile showroom on March 16th 2010. After 6 months the mobile was under repair and they directed me to a service center and i gave for service on[protected]. Till now they havent solved my problem.The rate for that univercell had charged for that mobile Rs.3188/- (including memory card) - no offers - but later i came to know that market rate is even lesser than that.So friends its my humble request for u not to buy mobiles from Univercell showroom. Since i had learnt lesson from them.
