[Resolved] Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd — Mobile | |||
Dear Sir/Madam till date my issue has not been resolved......after one month i went to the service centre.....earlier they told me that they will provide wid a new handset....but wen i went it was a different story.....wen i went der they said still not done..den i shouted at them......they said wait for 10 mins..i waited for more den 2 hours.....and asked wat the hell u r doing..they just repaired the old mobile and gave to me...i asked wat about the new handset....they said "kisne bola....hum ne toh asie bola hi nahi"......i don't knw wat to say to them......they don't have any concern.....i thought its waste of my engery if again shot at them bcoz hardly react....i took the mobile and went.....but to make it more worse...next day the mobile was not getting "ON" not working at all. wat is this after keeping the mobile with the service centre for for a month..it worked hardly for 12 hours.....its Samsumg Brand...its very hard to beleive. After few days again went to the service centre...and asked them wat is this..pls look at this....they said system down and they will not look at the mobile...cum 2morwow...i asked for the complaint number and the customer care..they said they will not give...do want ever u want...we are not afraid for any one....I said great. I bought this SAMSUNG mobile in the month of may....and till date i have used it only for 30 days.....still its not working....the mobile is at my home.....i don't have any more patience and time to go the hopeless service centre...wer bunch of are sitting..just doing Time pass.... I don't want u people will do.??? it same thing der also....wrote the mail one month back..till date no one bodher to contact me.....GREAT Customer SERVICE.......in future will never make this mistake of buying a smasung products..and will also make aware to other also.... I not lying all the above facts are true...i[censored] care just go for an inspection and look....they will look at the mobile and say "Board ka problem hai".. But i want my money back or a new handset...bcoz i have not used the mobile from the date i have bought....
