[Resolved] Samsung India Estore — Product Still Not Delivered (Order Number 1076141) | |||
I purchased a Samsung Grand phone through Samsung e-store on 13th March (order number 1076141). The product is still not delivered to me (though the payment has been made). When i tried contacting the courier company Aramex - they say the product is lost in transit and asked me to contact Samsung (Shipment Number:[protected]. The Customer care number written in bold letters on top of your web-site doesnt work. I've tried calling at least 5-6 times and even after holding phone for more than 30 mins every time, the music keeps on running and no body picks up the call. I bought the phone as a gift to my husband on his b'day, but all deadlines have been crossed now. I am deeply frustrated and have lost all confidence in a company like Samsung. I am planning to approach consumer forum if i didn't get my product within 2 days. I've already written one mail to you - the reply of which was :e-mail has been forwarded to concerned department and you will hear shortly from them" but there has not been any response.
