[Resolved]  Samsung India - Lcd Tv — Non delivery of promised goods by the dealer and discourteous behavior by his personnel Mr Raju

The Dealer network is not upto mark in terms of customer service and etiquette and treats their customers as if they are doing them a favour by selling them the goods.

Recently I bought a 46 “ LCD TV LA46A550 and I was told by dealer that along with that model I will get 5 months subscription of AIRTEL TV. He did not give the same at the time of delivering the television. When I called his person, he told me to come and collect it from his place on a working day if I want it else take a walk. I asked him to deliver the same to my place which he refused and told me to take it or leave it in a very discourteous matter. He behaved like as if I was asking for a favour from him and was a cheap customer. When requested that it would be difficult for me to collect the same from him on a working day, the reply I got was, "I also work hence have no time for you. Come and collect else forget it and phone was disconnected"(earlier the promise was that it is not in stock and we shall deliver at your premise asap). Name of the dealer - "Cool Solutions, 3 Shivam apartments, Walkeshwar Mumbai India -400006” and name of the personnel Raju.

There are three things I am complaining against.

1. The offer should be made good at the time of purchase
2. The offer should be delivered to customer premise if you did not make the offer good at the time of purchase.
3. Courtesy to customer is of paramount importance and no one should get away scot free if he behaves rudely with customer.


Till the time my complaint is taken care of I resolve not to buy or recommend any Samsung Product at all.

Samsung — non delivery of free lcd tv

i had bought an 40" led tv from the samsung plaza in dehradun. as part of the purchase one 22" lcd tv was to be delivered free with the led tv. the price was paid in advance and the led tv was delivered within the next four days. the purchase was made two and a half months ago and the free lcd tv is yet to be delivered. the dealer and the comapny representative have been promising delivery within the next 10 days for the last two months but the delivery has still not been made. the dealer is now passing the buck to the comapny and the comapy representative is not responding to phone calls. there is no forum other than consumer court left to address the issue.
