[Resolved]  Samsung India Ltd. — PROBLEM IN MOBILE - SAMSUNG MAX

Dear Sir,

I bought a Samsung MAX handset from a eIT-Mart, Nashik on 05/05/2008 within 2 week my mobile gives me a problem with Camara. When i want to capture images the mobile goes hang. sometimes it takes very long time to load the camara, after that it gives a message "No Sensor" at that time i am unable to capture our precious moments for what purpose i purchased the handset.

I go to the dealer eIT-Mart, Nashik from where I purchased the Handset, the dealer Check the problem at there shop, the problem is still there, so he suggest me to visit the Samsung Authorised Service Center, which is Shree Ganesh Electronics, Myselft visit to the Service Center I show the Handset to the Service Center, but when I come to Service Center at that time the Camara captured a Images, so the Service Center Person says that there is no problem in the handset. While before reaching to the Service Center appox. 15 minutes before the Handset gives the Problem to goes Hang at dealer shop, & after 15 Minutes it works. How it is possible ?? ( i have no time to go to the Service Center every 1-2 days when Handset gives the Problem)

I have faced too much mental & physical trouble due to the Handset I purchased. I purchased the Samsung Handset because of ITS NAME IN THE GLOBAL MARKET AS WELL AS IN INDIAN MARKET, BUT I THINK I WAS WRONG ???
I am completely not satisfied with the Product I purchased.

So, I requested you to kindly solve my problem by replacing the old Handset with NEW HANDSET & MAKE ME SATISFIED. Otherwise Pl. do not force me to take further actions, it is difficult to both to face the further action. This is my humble request.

Bought a window Ac 2 years ago. Gas has leaked now. The comprssor has the problem and the workman ship of the unit is not up to the mark.Overall the components used are not of good quality and hence the problem just in 2 years compared to other brands which run flawlessly for 10 yrs and above.

Co is asking for gas refilling charges which are nt justified as the problem is with the unit and its failure.

Up to 5 yrs no gas filling charges need to be paid till the compressor is under warranty
it is really disappointing to know that being such a big brand you have a hopeless after sales service.i bought a 2 door fridge from samsung and made a complaint last year on 26/05/07.since then i have been calling samsung cus care regularly.its been over a year and the problem couldnt be solved.my complaint no. in india is [protected].there have been more than 20 people who have visited my house and everytime they say they will get the part but so far nothing has happened.i am now fed up with the thing.please i want u to look in to the matter.

i purchased one samsung SGH-f270 5 days back.but i am not able
to transfer files from my PC to phone.I installed all the s/w but
when i use one tool to copy data it showed one error that
"unknown error".so where is problem in that CD or data cable?
earlier also i had one samsung mobile and found many times s/w
problem, one problem in samsung that is s/w problem.
in samsung i found s/w problem.why it is happening?samsung
has got its own brand.but if this problem occurs means, people
won't like to buy.
still i am not able to listen any songs bkz of s/w problem in
SGH-f270.Really i am not satisfy to buy this model.
i have decided to buy any other mobile rather than samsung
mobile.found s/w problem in SGH-f270 .

I am also facing lots of problem with samsung mobile SGH-P270. Contact search is not working while searching names with V. Also unable to transfer files from mobile to PC and visa-e-versa.
Battery get exhausted within 3 calls if phone is on vibration mode.
can we return this mobile? I have purchased from mobilestore.

I SENT A COMPLAINT (NO.[protected]) ON 20.08.2011.AND HAVE BEEN RINGING
UP DAILY FOR GETTING MY REFRIGERATOR REPAIRED BUT NO BODY IN THE COMPANY SEEMS TO BE BOTHERED.IS IT NOT CORRUPTION.I HAVE A STRONG FEELING THAT HARRASSMENT CAUSED TO CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED AS CORRUPTION AND ACTION TAKEN ACCORDING TO LAW.OF THE LAND.
