[Resolved] Samsung Laptop — Paid replacement of screen in warranty period | |||
Purchased Samsung laptop in July 2012. The laptop screen was damaged by my son. The laptop was given at the service centre in Dehradun on 26.10.2012 with the assurance that the screen would be replaced within a week on payment. On contacting the service centre two times, i.e. last week and this day (09.11.2012), there is only assurance that the laptop screen will be replaced in the next week. When will this last week come. This is when I am paying for the screen replacement. God knows what would happen to those who would be expecting a free replacement. Very bad experience with SAMSUNG.
