[Resolved] Samsung Laptop — Service people not responding | |||
Dear Sir, Last three months back I have submitted my Laptop to Mr.Fanibhushan (Patna service center , Exibition Road executive). Many time I call him on his mobile no. but he never responding. When I personally visted your patna service center then, service executive told that please talk to Mr. Fanibhushan. But this person not giving any perfect time. Please do the needful. i bought a samsung laptop three days ago. but now is laptop is complaint.problems battery and dvddriver. i did it the complaint registrations but service people not responding.please inform me i want to kerala state, kottyam district at where the samsung service center address and contact number
