Samsung Lcd Monitor — Monitor malfunction | |
I had purchased Samsung LCD monitor in Aug-07 with 3 years of warranty. The monitor had started behaving weird in just one year and I had raised several complaints with the Samsung customer care. Samsung had tried to repair the monitor several times but it still have same issues. Even after wasting so much time Samsung refuses to replace it. On top of this the service managers (Mr. Rajendra [protected] & Mr. Paresh [protected]) are the most unprofessional set of people I had to deal with. They would promise they will call me in 10 minutes and would never even call in 10 days unless I call them back. This shows how much unethical the company is I would advise all the folks to be very careful while choosing a brand. I had 3 samsung mobile phones (CDMA) and all are piece of junk. I had to purchase it because that was the only brand supported by Tata Indicom. Else if Nokia can be rated 9/10, I would rate Samsung nothing more than 3/10 Vikas Was this information helpful? | |
