Samsung — Pink Background
Warranty period of my Samsung LCD 26" TV has expired on30-Apr-08. Although the problem that I have come across now (i.e. three pink straps on the screen) is not due to negligence of handling or due to faulty placement. Technician on his visit informed that the panel of TV is gone and will cost me
Rs. 25, 455/- to repair it.
The price at which I bought this TV was Rs. 37, 500/-
I sent a request to the company to look into this matter and have the TV replaced but the Delhi office rolled me over to Mumbai office and Mumbai office was firm on asking me to shell out
Rs. 25, 455/- to repair or go back to Delhi Office.
