I am in receipt of SAMSUNG MARINE (B2100) vide India Today Book . Membership number ITBC0993974 order no TELESALES/0GA[protected] INVOICE NoORA[protected]
dated 23rd AUG 2009. for an amount of Rs6498/-, the payment for which has been made through credit card.
I regret to inform you that I couldn't able to open the Website www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm as mentioned in the above invoice, for claiming free gifts against the above purchase. When I called your office on 23 Sept.09,[protected], your rep. has told that the website is available. But, the same is unavailable.
I would therefore request you to send me the free gifts against purchase of above SAMSUNG MARINE (B2100) Mobile Phone ) IHAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY FREE GIFT - FREE DIAMOND JEWELLERY VOUCHER WORTH RS 5000.00 AND HOLIDAY PACKAGE FOR 3DAYS/2NIGHT DELUX HOLIDAY VOUCHER WORTH RS.5000.00. AND TO AND FRO AIR TICKET PLEASE ADVISE BY WHEN I WILL GET MY FREE GIFT.
You are requested to look into the matter on priority basis, otherwise the matter will be put forward to Consumer Forum, media coverage and Pressl definitely it's going to affect the reputation.
