[Resolved] Samsung Microwave Oven — Not received Festival Offer/Gift of Dinner Set | |
Hello, I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven (Model No.-CE1031LFB) on 2nd Oct 2009 from M/S Hari Plaza, Vaishali, Ghaziabad having a Festival Offer/Gift of Dinner Set. While the transaction was made Retailer committed the delivery of the Gift would be within a week or so, after so many follow-ups they communicated that they are yet to receive the Gift from Distributor. Suddenly, in the month of Dec 2009 they have given the contact of Distributor and have asked me to contact them. While I contact Distributor, they say that please talk to your Retailer not the Distributor. In this follow-up there are already 4 months gone, but no one is issuing the Gift or taking any responsibility on this. Please advice what should I do? With Regards BKNath Ph. Samsung Oven — Gift not received
Dear TeamI Have purchased a Samsung oven from starcj.Com on 14 June 2011.Order no [protected]. The offer included 2 free gift hand micture & nonstik .I have told tall free no for many times but not response for correct answer. I was told by the customer care executive of star cj that they will be sending the gift but Till date I have lodged numerous online complaints on starcj.Com and have spoken to their call centres but they always confirm me that they will be dispatching the gift within 2 working days.I am still waiting for the free gift . Thanks
