Samsung Mobile — Poor service of samsung service center | |||
These is my third reminder to "samsung customer care" they don't reply me even not giving any answer through mail. Still my problem not resolved yesterday your service center people told me that please come tomorrow dated 10/08/2010 and collect your phone your problem is resolved but today morning 10/08/10 i went to your service center they replied me that still your phone is not repaired and come on thursday 12/08/10. So how rubbish you are giving service to the customer. Please reply or do something to resolve my problem. I have already registerd a complaint to your customer care and my bp no is :[protected] I have samsung s5600 model phone. I got problem regarding mike on 27th july 2010. I went to the samsung service center at super computer service, 1st floor "sankalp" anand. So i gave my phone for repairing purpose and paid advanced money. But still my phone is not repaired even they are not answering me properly so here i am written all the detail. Please find it below and try to resolve my problem. Otherwise i will take that issue on consumer court.
