[Resolved] Samsung Mobile Bad Idea Sim — Balance is deducting automatically | |
Hi I am Sireesha. I have idea prepaid account. on 17/12/2008 I recharged with 50 rs. After recharge blance was added sucessfully. But on 18/12/2008 morning 30 rs balance was deducting from my cell. how it can be. I have't used my cell but balance was deducted. I called to customer care, its saying that my last recharge was on 11/12/2008 with 0 rs. how it can be. Expecting a positive responce from u.
