[Resolved] Samsung Mobile — delay in service | |
sir, this is Dr Imran Ahmed Khan from Vivekananda Polyclinic and Instistute of Medical Sciences. I am a DNB (MD) 3rd year student. I have purchased a samsung mobile from Ganpati mobile center, ShreeRam tower, lucknow. SGH-J700i at 20-05-09. I faced some problem with it`s woking and reported at SHREERAM Tower, lucknow. They asked me to contact at Nirala nagar service center, where they deposited my set at 15-07-09 and asked me to contact at 17th of this month. On 17th they asked me to come after 1 week. I visited their service center on 24th july, then are asking for10 day more ! I am a doctor posted in ICU it is not possible for me to trace there every next date . kindly please see in to the matter and help me in solving mr problem. my work order no is WA[protected]. my mobile no. i had given samsung GS5603 for rapairing in Borivali Samsung service centre on 09.02.2010 i-e 21 days back.And i am not getting proper response for it. i have also suffered due to it. i had suffered bacause i m unable to trade, my boss shouts at me, even my relatives complain about it. So i am expecting that some proper authority will look out for this. and i also can get back my mobile phone back on time as early as possible.
