[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile — Disgusting and dirty behaviour of the Technician Samsung Thane mobile service center

Hi guys. Today, i went to repair my samsung mobile at its service Center in Thane(W), Mumbai. I must say, that i very much like samsung products, but after today, i promise myself that after today, i will never ever buy any samsung product in my lifetime. All thanks to the illiterate (self proclaimed Engineer) technician at Samsung's Thane Service Center. I dont know why do a company like samsung has such rude people still working with them.

The Problem:
2 buttons of my Phone's Keypad were'nt working. I explained the problem to this Technician named Rakesh . He said that my phone has water logging and it will be charged at Rs. 1750/-, I said not a problem, please assemble my piece and i will take this device to some private vendor who can do the job in cheap price... while he was assembling the device, in the meanwhile he gave me his JOB CARD to sign the customer feedback.. I signed it, stating i liked the service.. But then, after my fone is assembled back, i was amused to see that none of my keypad buttons were working and my CELL PHONE IS TOTALLY DEAD. I asked for help with that Technician, i pledged him to please make my cell in the condition before you were opening the screws and joints of it. However he refused, i asked him to give his JOB CARD back, so that i can disapprove the service.. But he just rudely took his JOB CARD from my hand and asked me to leave. I told him that my cell phone is dead, u got to make it in the condition in which i took it here. He insisted me either to pay Rs. 1770 or just leave from here.

Aftermath:
I straight on went to the police station to complain this behaviour of a person working for such a great and dignified brand. After some involvement of the Police Sub-Inspector, the guy gave me the Xerox copy of his Job Card. Now, i am sitting here with my dead cell phone in 1 hand and the xerox copy of the job card in other, totally dis-satisfied by the brand, i never expected such behavior from samsung. As a matter of fact, i am sure, the company's top level authorities will look into the matter and bring to book such illiteracy in their service centers...

u should also file case in consumer forum against samsung co. or tat service centre
as i have purchased s3310 and within 11days my display gone off all service center said it is broke with ur irrresponsibility and they didnt made my display under warranty and took rs1100 frm me i will also not prefer samsung next time
I have noticed that the service center guys makes the customer totally responsible for any malfunctioning in the cell phone.. They behave like chicken heads. I totally disapprove their service..
