Dear Sir/Mam I have a Samsung Mobile but i am very fedup about yor service after sell of product i am visit again and agin in service center for i have purchese one hands free lead one month ago but after 10 days i found in it some destrurbance in voice so i went to service center in kalka ji they say to me in samsung audit problem you go to Lajpat Nagar center so i went to lajpat nagar he said come after 15 aug 10 so i went on 16 aug 10 and they said that pls go to kalka ji i am don't understand if this is good reply i fell that i done mistake to salect samsung mobil pls do some thing about it if you can Note pls reply in my mail ID which is given below jain.[protected]@indiabulls.com [protected]@yahoo.co.in [protected] Regards Deep Jain Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought a sumsung monte mobile in which my head phone got problem I have warranty period then I gave it to Authorizes service center the comp no its WA[protected] on 21/12/10 but still I have not get the new one I called many time and visited many time but first time only the gave me unmatched headphone which i refuse to accept.then what is the purpose of warrenty and all.. the sevice center is NAVA TELECOME.Now the dont pick up even our call...

WE PURCHAGE A SAMSUNG MOBILE FROM NOIDA ON 03 MAY 2009 BUT AFTER ONE MONTH EAR PHONE DEFFECTED . SO WE GO FOR REPLACEMENT IN SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER IN NOIDA .THERE ALWAYS SAID NEXT WEEK NEXT WEEK , WE LOSST ONE MONTH THERE THAN AFTER WE SUBMIT MY EAR PHONE IN LAXMI NAGER SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER (CENTER TAX REGISTRATION NO. LC/094/[protected]/0704) ON 04 AUGUST 2009 AND JOB NO.[protected]. BUT STILL NO WE DID NOT GET MY EAR PHONE REPLACEMENT.MY MOBILE NO. [protected]
