Samsung Mobile — complaint regarding improper service | |||
i have purchased Samsung SCH w299 dual sim mobile 3 month back at Rs.10500/- its manual book suggests that the mobile can be attached with PC and internet can be used on the same.I have been trying to attach the mobile with PC with help of Datacable for almost a week but am unable to do so. On calling Reliance customer care i was told that No such mobile model no. is registered with them ie.Reliance.they suggested me to talk to samsung officials i called samsung customer care and was not provided any satisfactory answer in this regards i was told that this set is registered with RIM CDMA and they shall provide the gprs setting.I am being fooled by samsung as Reliance has given me in writing a confirmation that this Model no is not registered with them what action can i take against samsung pls help me out. Samsung Mobile — incoming improper
i purchased my samsung 3210 corby only 4 day ago . it start giving problem from day one ...i dont know why compnay not proper checked their mobile quality properlly befor sending to the market .
now i submit that mobile to the the service center , let see what happen there
