[Resolved] Samsung / Mobile Handset — Manufacturer not honouring Warranty Period | |||
Sir, I purchased a Samsung Mobile Phone Set from Poorvika Mobiles Private Ltd., Pondy Bazaar, T Nagar, Chennai 600017 on 8th March, 2010 - Invoice No. 16084 dtd 8.3.10 refers - however, due to mal-function, I took the set to Authorised Samsung Srvice Centre, Techno Care, on 3rd March, 2011. The Service Provider refused to cover the repairs under warranty saying that water has entered the set although NO WATER HAS ENTERED THE SET AT ALL. There is one issue of being not able to hear the incoming voice - other functions of the Set is performing ok. Kindly help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
