dear sir, i have requested and enquired many times in samsung service centre in secunderabad., but there is no proper reply battery is not able to supply, when there is supplied mobile phones but battery spares should provide by the samsung company, otherwise new mobile should replace the company. jayaprakash.n Was this information helpful? | |||

WE BUY A SONY ERICSSION J120I ON 29/09/2008 FROM GYAN MOBILE RJPM LKO. AT THIS TIME WE GIVE THIS SET TO SERVICE CENTER ON 10/07/2009. TILL NOW WE HAVE NO INFORMATION FOR THAT SET. WE REPLACE THAT SET. THAT SET WAS USELESS FOR 2 TIMES

Samsung — not availability of battery
There is no space where i can purchase the original battery of my original phone samsungE730.All the sgh service centre as well as sgh care r reject my purchase order.there r no stock in anywhere still 3 months.
THANKS TO SAMSUNG FOR THEIR good SERIVCE.
so now i want to tell to all my readers that dont purchase any samsung product

kindly inform the above battery issue to samsung india higher officials for their responce is possitive or not ., samsung company has to provide batteris for sgh x700 model mobiles that is their responsibility, otherwise they must have to supply the new mobile phone which is availble batteries in the market, .

Samsung mobile x700 — Battery not available
I purchased the Samsung X 700 hand set last year from Bhopal, Now I required the battary for the same, I had tried at many places in Bhopal including their service centre.Everybody told me clearly that now this model is discontinued by company, so forgot about the availability of battary.
I think I have to take support of Consumer protection act, because they are clearly ruled out the possibility of getting battary for the same, Today I had checked entire electronoc market of Banglore but its also same reply.
