Respected Sir I have purchased a new mobile from univercell the mobile exprot inthe Ramanathapuram branch;Coimbatore for my wife(Revathy Kannan) .At that time gave me a form to fill my routin habits.They told that some message would be come to my mobile & my wife's mobile.Initial stage it was not a problem to receive 5 to 6.After that it made disturbunce to me while in my office time.I went to shop and explained my problem&request to stop the message.They told that it should be comes for 6 months.They noted my and my wife's mobile no.They assured to stop the message.But so far I have not get any favourable action .Kindly do the needful.In your view it is necessary service to customer.You may give this action as a option.
