Samsung Mobile — Service are not good

Dear Sir, Madam,

I had purchased two Samsung Mobile Handsets on March 2010 but after next week of Purchasing the mobile we are facing some problem in my handsets, and also We go to Samsung Mobile Service Center, Dombivli (E) many times. but they are not able to solve our problem always they told us please come on next week, but if we go next week there was same situation no solution,

They are talking badly with us and and now please tell me what to do they had given me in written that they cannot solve our problem,

Kindly suggest me the procedure to file a complaints because I want my money back and I cannot use that mobile with same problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

My self Amal Kumar Ghosh live at Ichapur, Ramnagar, P.O. Nawabgunj, Pin 743144. I had purchased a new Samsung Mobile phone (Model No. GT-S5200BDINU, IMEI No. [protected]) from Sree Guru Optics & Clinic at Ichapur, Kanthadhar on dated 29.05.2011.

After few days I realized that my Mobile display not working. then I went to Barrackpore Service Centre Branch of Samsung. They demanded Rs. 1050/- for Mobile display chanhing purpose. But Mobile phone is under warranty period.

I have request to them by mail day by day but after 20 days they do not any saluation.

This is my second mail. I think my problem to be solve at your end . I can not get any solution or help from Sumsung Service Centre.

Hope you solve the same urgently.
