[Resolved] Samsung Mobile Phone - GT-S5233A - Samsung Star — Incompatible with Vodafone Network | |
I brought Samsung GT-S5233A - Star last yer in July later on in month of Oct i changed my cellphone connection and switched to vodafone. However, almost instantly i realized that the duo are not compatible. The phone work okay for about an hour or so and then the network hangs. Though the signals are full you cannot make any outgoing calls and if someone calls the IVR says the number is our of reach or switched off. Have been shunting between the two customer cares fo resolve this but no solution so far. Has anyone observed a similar problem may be with some other handset. I heard there are lot of such complaints with many samsung handsets. Does anybody know the e-mail ids of consumer court / TRAI so that i can escalate the issue to them? Please help!!!
