[Resolved] Samsung Mobile — Samsung worst Service & Product | |||
I have Puchased Samsung Start Mobile in January-2010 (Touch Screen). And my mobile Hangs regularly at that time unable to switch off the handset too.. I was facing a problem of Touch Screen and given the handset for repair Samsung Authorised Service center in Pimpri Pune link Road they delivered the mobile after 12 Days. and rectified the Issue and given me my mobile with the same condition. Via bill no-[protected] dated 10/08/2011 recived by Aruna Garg with return date after 5 days but till date i have not recieved my cell after so many personal visits even they are not able to track the phone. it shows the werst product quality & service quality
Please look in to the matter and solve my prolem
