[Resolved] Samsung Mobile S-3500 (Metro Series) — Poor Service & Not properly attended still | |
Hi, I purchased a samsung Mobile phone in July'09 1st week (Model S-3500 from Ringers, PL Sharma Road, Meerut U.P), And 08 days within purchase the camera started functioning improperly."Error - Check Camera connection". I took it to the dealer they asked me to go to the service centre since I demanded a replacement of the phone.When I went to the service centre (Ganga Plaza, Begum Bridge Road, Meerut) they asked me to leave my phone for minimum 7 days to get it rectified without a back-up phone.After 7 days when I went they replaced the camera.When I checked my phone after handover the same error was still persisting.Standing at the service centre itself I asked them about the same error coming again in the camera then they said that I'll have to leave the phone for another 15 days in order to get it rectified.(again without a back up phone). What do I do? I think I really wasted my Rs. 6500/- ( Approx). I request you to please take strict immediate action & I demand a replacement.(New Phone) with an apology.
