[Resolved] Samsung Mobile S3310 — Service problem | |||
I am using Samsung Model S3310 My complaint No:WA[protected] IMEI No: [protected] I have given my mobile complaint in your Ghatkopar Service center on 17th Aug2010 & my mobile warranty is expire on 24th Aug2010 They said your mobile has PCB problem & they kept my mobile to replace the PCB & said after 15days you will received your mobile But they kept my mobile 1 month & gave me & said me now your mobile is Ok But after 1 day the mobile is showing same problem & now they are not ready to listen anything. I purchased the s3310 model on Jan 2010. Now the mobile has a problem its automatically switched on while i am disconnected the charger point.So i had given to the service centre at Sion Mumbai. They received my phone and told u can get ur mobile after a weak.but they take 1 month.Still the same problem continue.Still i cant my mobile switched on.it shows 60% to 70% loading then switched off. the service centre not responding and told pls repair ur mobile from other service centre.So GO FOR NOKIA DONT PURCHSE SAMSUNG
