[Resolved] Samsung Mobile Set GT-B3313 — complaint against samsung mobile on the very next day of purchased | |||
Sir , I brought a new moble set on 7.11.10. but on the very next day i foud the Power on off is not functioning also its camera also not functioninf. I lunch a in the Mobile store but they refused that that was not their sevice. go to the samsung service center but the Jajur Road sevice center was open fron 10 to 4 but I was working at 40 KM away from jajpur Road. I inform about his to the Samsung Complany they advice me to go to Jajpur Town Service center that center refused that they don't deal with mobile hand sets. after severel requst there is no response fro the company. Thats why I am lunching a complain agaist the Samsung Mobile Company and request you to be kind enough to get me the hand set changed.
