[Resolved] Samsung Monitor 740nw — Not Getting the cheque of refund paid by Samsung | |||
To Regional Manager, Samsung India, Dear Sir/Madam, I am Aashish from Sonipat. I have bought Samsung Monitor SyncMaster 740NW 17" on 8/6/2008. But after two years there occured a fault in it. I gave it to the dealer and he forward it to customer care but after 20 days of time the say that "Your monitor is Dead due to internal fault in it and company will give the refund of Rs4645". Till now i am not getting my refund cheque. As i am B.tech final year student so it creates a lot of problem for me without Monitor. It effects my studies also. So please I request you to please take action against it as its been 2 Months from the time i gave it to the dealer or Customer Care.
