dear sir,
i brought a computor 17" flat 794 MG samsung monitor from your in ferozpur, punjab last year. now i'm having some technical problem in the monitor. i put my complaint with your dealer on 19th may, 08. after that i kept on giving him reminders. but till today my problem is not resolved. kindly help me as soon as possible.

we have Samsung Monitors now we have problem in 2 monitores one is rolling display, and another one is Total blank Black screen i will give you the si No of the two monitors if the monitors in warrenty you please come and do me the ned full or if its out of warrenty also we will pay the service charges.

samsung monitor — not providing service in warenty period

i bought a samsung monitor 17" flat on 22-sept-2007. it is now in the warenty period.i got some problem in the monitor.....so i give it ervice to the samsung service centre on 16-july-2009.its been three month passed ...its been three months passed nither they are giving me the monitor nor the money back.....no body is responding to me...hope i will get help.
