Samsung Monitor — Pathetic Customer services from samsung India-- SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE MONITOR

The worst call center in India, and very poor service. Samsung Call Center have gone in vain

SAMSUNG HAVE SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE MONITOR, AND DOES NOT HAVE A BIASIC TO REPLACE EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING REPEATDLY

I registered a compliant in the month of April nearly a month and a half over still not ready to replace the component.

My complaint number is [protected]

I have interacted with your call center “sreenidhi”, “Shishidar” “Sandya” “Rithu”and the JOKER Santhosh the worst team leader, who is not ready to speak to me and resolve my issue after promising the replacement of Monitor..

I also in touch with Vishva the technician and his team leader “ Krishnamurthy” who do not have answer and don’t know how to answer resolution for my problem.

I just don’t understand why do you require 2 or 3 months or years to rectify my issue, when I have paid complete amount without any discount. require service for the same

Need a resolution ASAP

samsung monitor — About free gift

Dear Sir
I bought I Samsung Moniter (MTV 23") on 25 April 2011 its serial No. is YDU7HJZ801203 with this there was free Set top Box and Disk for this I couiered required documents and DD on 16.05.2011.But Till Now I didn't get it.
Then what should I do?
