To, The Customer Care Division head Samsung India India Subject: Complaint pending for TFT Monitor Since 4th January 2011 Sir, I am writing you this letter in regard to a Samsung TFT 19" Monitor model No - 8336N plus having a Serial No.CM19HPGZ103297,Model Code - LS19CMYKANAL,Manufacture January 2010, which I purchased date 23-jan-2010, invoice no - AC/R1/2162/09-1 through a vendor namely agnee computer,43,amb East, arunodaya market, Cuttack, - 12, Phone no[protected]. I would like to bring in your kind notice that I have been facing some display problems with the TFT monitor from last 9 months for which I had lodged a complaint in your customer care centre on [protected] vied Complaint no.[protected] and I talked with your executive customer care on the very day. I was informed by the service center with an assurance that your TFT is change in last 65days. I would again like to make an humble request that please either to get my TFT monitor repaired Immediately or get it replaced earliest if the repair is not possible by the company latest by 7eth SEPTEMBER 2011, . I shall be highly grateful with your kind gesture and expect that you will do the needful on the priority basis without any further delay in the matter.
