dear sir/mam this is ramu from ramnagar.i bought a samsung mpower569 in reliance service centre in the month of may.but unfortunately the mobile earphones are damaged.then i requested to ordered my mobile earphones in samsung service centre for last 2months ago.but they didn't provide the earphones tillnow.samsung service centres in hyderabad couldn't provide customers what they need.it is better to close the samsung service centres.it is useless for customers.unless samsung service centre like this,customers couldnot do again mistakes to buy samsung products Was this information helpful? | |||

this is ramu from ramnagar,hyd.i buy a samsung mpower569 mobile in may.my mobile earphones are damaged.so i want to buy a new earphones.In samsung service it is not available,but i requested to get the earphones of my mobile but they doesnt takecare abt it.i hope samsung service centre doesn't take care abt customers.i am searching for samsung mpower 569 mobile earphones for last 3 months.its too bad too wrost for samsung company.we never do again mistake to buy a samsung products.thank u

samsung service centre is too wrost.it don't have atleast earphone.if we order the spare parts of samsung mobile, the samsung service centre cannot provide the complaints of the customer wants.
its too bad to wrost.samsung service centres are not provided customers what they need.it is better to close the samsung company
