I have bought a colour monitor named Samsung SyncMaster 793s and its abt one year the screen is vibrating and tumbling and it is still in warranty. So in order to get it done quickly you people should come and see this matter.

I have bought a colour monitor (Samsung LCD Monitor 743NX 43) cm, showing black screen is it is still in warranty & it's Model No.LS17MYAKF/XTP. So in order to get it done quickly you people should come and see this matter.

COMPAGE COMPUTERS PVT LTD.

lcd monitor center red line is showing,ofter given to samsung service center.23-12-09.adress is.

dno.52-10-10/16 1st floor,aspen towers resapuvanipalem vishakhapatnam.

Alerady 60 days left, ever week i am calling and askking about
monitor they are telling 2 days,still i ddi't receve my monitor.

I dont understand why samsung brand name is spoiling

please give me confirmation.

Mera CRT moniter kharab hoo gaya tha maine service center me complane kiya aur unke kahne par maine apna monitar service center submit kar diya 1NOV,2010 ko aur uska appural kata 10-15dec,2010ko jiske hisab se mujhe under 21 days me purchase amount ka 60% return hona tha service center se bat karne par vo 10 se 15 dino ke bad ko aaj 6 month se kah rahe hai.but,aaj tak koi recponce nahi mila please help me.

My samsung monitior is not working properly. It is not in warrenty perior. Problem is monitor start botton light is up&down. Please give Your service centre address, from where I will get it's service .

Hi i had purchase a 16inch samsung lcd monitor(with 3 year warranty) on july 2008 from super computer sanjay palace agra. He didnt mention serial no. of monitor on BiLL. My monitor got dead after 2 year. I deposit it to SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER FIROZABAD on OCT 2010. After 2month service center owner told me that COMPANY have no part to replace thats y samsung company will refund your money.. So i waited for a long tym..They made me fool for 7month..So i contacted to samsumg area service manager and ask them.Mr sukhant told me on[protected] that he will try to repair it otherwise u have to mention serial no. in bill.. Since they was sleeping? ? This company is making fool ...

I bought the monitor on 24/01/2012, warrenty period 1 year. Some technical problem arise. On 24/11/2012 I sent the monitor to them, but till now they don't say anything when I will get the monitor, what will I do?
