Samsung Note 2 — Cash back 15% not refunded

Dear sir,

I had purchased Samsung note 2 on 28th of may this year with 15% cash back offer. I had done the transaction by ICICI Credit card and i ws told by Samsung representative that I shall receive the credit of 15% cash back directly in my bank account latest by June end. I had been regularly following up with Samsung but till now they have not yet paid me. kindly look into the matter.
I am attaching the invoice copy and transaction copy for your perusal.
