[Resolved]  Samsung Plaza Madhapur — Delivered faulty refrigerator and then replaced with old refrigerator

I bought 3 samsung products including refrigerator from this shop around diwali. The fridge when installed turned out to be faulty, there was no cooling at all. After making numerous calls to the store and samsung service center, a guy came one morning to inspect the fridge and he said there is some problem in the compressor and he will speak to the store where we bought the fridge and get back to us by the evening. Then in the evening that guy calls up and tells us that you can explain the problem to the store (then why the hell he asked us to wait till the evening, we could have informed the store in the morning itself). Anyways, we called the store and explained them the situation and asked for replacement, they said they will replace it in a day, but nothing happened even after 3 days, we kept on calling the store but no satisfactory response. Finally they sent another fridge, luckily we opened it in front of the guys who came to deliver it. We noticed that the replacement piece was not new, the box was old, packing was temporary, there were lots of spots and scratches inside the fridge. We immediately called the store and asked why they have sent an old fridge, most probably the display piece, they said no its new and came directly from the warehous, we told them not to fool us as we could see the difference between the two refrigerators (the one that was faulty and the replacement fridge). I told the store guy to refund my money as I already waited for so long and in the end I was cheated and delivered with an old fridge. He said no we wont do that, I said fine, I am keeping both your refrigerators unless you refun dmy money, he said no you cant do that and we had a heated argument. Finally he agreed to refund our money, we went to their store and got our money back but after a week full of hassle, inconvenience, mental torture and lots of food wastage due to hot weather and no fridge. We could not get any food on Diwali as our brand new fridge was faulty. But thats not all, we got our refund, then we went straight to Reliance Digital at Inorbit mall and ordered another refrigerator, hoping these guys would be different and better but we were so wrong. We have been waiting for our fridge to be delivered as promised but no response from the store. These guys just know how to trick the customer into buying the product and then how to torture the customer and take away all their excitement of buying a new product. Still waiting for my refrigerator to be delivered. Still there is some hope.
